📦 Order Processing

All custom orders are handmade. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after payment clears.

📬 Shipping Method

  • We ship via USPS or UPS
  • Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped
  • Shipping time is typically 3–5 business days (excluding holidays)

Note: Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the next business day (usually Monday). Excludes holidays.

We offer local pickup in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. You’ll be notified by email or text when your order is ready.
